After completing a BTEC national diploma in hospitality and catering at Huddersfield Technical College, Chris gained his first job at The Hotel Rosanna in Austria when he was 18. It was throughout his time working in Austria that he realised his love for designing and creating unique and contemporary cakes.

His skills and knowledge developed further with the encouragement of Head Chef, Stuart Messenger and the Sous Chef Carlos Wiltshire. With their support Chris continued to culminate his skills working hard to achieve a very high standard in Bespoke Cake Design and exquisite pastry skills, it was here that his attention for detail was first noted. Chris has since continued to push the boundaries in contemporary bespoke cake design and works hard to develop stunning cakes that satisfy all his clients.
